Allen currently serves as a reporter and multimedia journalist at WCMH-TV, NBC4 after joining the station in August 2020. Before joining the NBC4 station, he worked as a reporter and a fill-in anchor Dayton 24/7 Now (WKEF/WRGT) Sinclair Broadcast Group in Dayton, Ohio.
In Ohio, he had the opportunity to generate leading story ideas, producing breaking news and general assignment reports for the duopoly.
