While interning for NBC News in New York City, Margaret realized she wanted to work in news. Working closely with the breaking news, elections, and accomplishments departments provided her with a clear understanding of what she wanted to accomplish.

Margaret joins News 3 from Central Florida News 13, where she worked as a reporter for six years, half of which she spent in the Brevard County Bureau. She covered high-profile cases such as the Casey Anthony trial, the George Zimmerman trial, and the end of the space shuttle program. Margaret also flew to Haiti in 2014 to report on and produce a half-hour segment about the country’s changes since the devastating earthquake five years ago.

Additionally, Margaret previously worked for three years as an evening anchor and reporter at KNDU-TV in the Tri-Cities, WA. Margaret previously worked as the news director for WBCB in Levittown, Pennsylvania. The AM radio station is located in Bucks County. Margaret fell in love with the Philadelphia Eagles because of the general manager of the Voice of the Philadelphia Eagles, Merrill Reese.

Margaret enjoys hot yoga, running, cooking, going to the beach, crafting beer, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her sister and Bullmastiff, George. She enjoys going out in the community and talking with people about their lives. Margaret is devoted to telling stories, exposing wrongdoing, and assisting the underdog.
