Jedediah Bila is a well-known American podcast host and former television personality. She gained fame as a co-host on ABC’s daytime talk show The View from 2016 to 2017 and later as an anchor for Fox & Friends Weekend from 2019 to 2021. In addition to her television work, she’s authored two books and currently runs her own podcast.

Bila’s journey from education to political commentary kicked off in 2009 when she shared her thoughts on Mark Levin’s book, Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto, on her blog. Levin caught wind of her review and mentioned it on his radio show, which opened the door for her first TV appearance on Sean Hannity’s Fox News program, Hannity. She officially became a contributor for Fox News in 2013 and, by April 2014, was a regular panelist on Outnumbered. She also made frequent appearances on The Five.

In August 2016, Bila made the leap from Fox News to The View, stepping in as a permanent co-host for its 20th season, where she provided a conservative perspective alongside a more liberal panel. She’s worked as a marketing associate for a multinational firm, as a teacher and academic dean at a private New York City K-12 school, and as a cocktail waitress in a Manhattan lounge with an excessive number of steps. She has instructed middle school, high school, and college students in Spanish, Creative Writing, and Improvisation. She also studied acting, singing, and dance at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, and worked on stage and screen for a short period, which she wishes she had spent more time on.

It’s an autobiographical account of her experiences as a conservative living and teaching in Manhattan during the 2008 presidential election in the United States.
