Livingston previously worked as the sports anchor for NBC4’s “Today in New York.” The NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, World Series, U.S. Open Tennis Championship, two U.S. Open Golf Championships, Triple Crown races in horse racing, and the New York City Marathon have all been covered by him.

In 2004, as part of the torch’s global tour preceding the Summer Olympics in Athens, Livingston had the honor of carrying the Olympic torch through Harlem. He worked as a studio host and field reporter for NBC’s coverage of the Athens Games later that summer, and in 2006, he covered the Olympics in Torino. Otis covered the New York Giants preseason games from the sidelines as well.

For two years, Livingston worked for WWOR-TV as both the weekday sports reporter and the weekend sports anchor.
