Before working for WABC she worked at NBC 17 in Raleigh, North Carolina as a reporter or anchor. She joined the Eyewitness News team in 1998. Since then, Charlesworth has reported news from Israel and the occupied territories to Oscar’s Red Carpet, But she probably well known for her award-winning reports on her personal battle with skin cancer.
