Henson started out as a stand-up comedian. In the mid to late 1990s, he began acting in films. He was the longest-running presenter of Talk Soup on the E! Entertainment Network (four years), hosting over 1,000 shows in his four and a half years there. He was a guest on Space Ghost Coast to Coast during his time as host of Talk Soup.
