Zuri Hall Career

In the quest for the next Face of MyINDY-TV, Hall beat over hundreds of others to become the first woman to earn the role. She covered local events, starred in station PSAs, and interviewed celebrities at WNDY-TV in Indianapolis. She was an on-camera host and producer of Living Dayton, a local lifestyle talk show on WDTN in Dayton, Ohio, from December 2011 until December 2012. She appeared as a guest correspondent on BET’s 106 & Park in the summer of 2012.

During the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 NBA seasons, she worked as an official MC for the Indiana Pacers’ home games. Hall has previously worked as an emcee for the Indianapolis Indians of Major League Baseball, the Indiana Fever of the WNBA, and the 2011 Big Ten Tournament.

For three years, she also acted as the MC for the NCAA Women’s Final Four entertainment events and “Tourney Town” in Indianapolis, Denver, and Nashville. In 2012, Hall served as the official MC for the Super Bowl Village in Indianapolis, which featured 10-days of entertainment leading up to Super Bowl XLVI. She kept the crowds engaged, delighted them in between performances, and presented national recording artists like Patti LaBelle, LMFAO, and Mike Epps to the stage.

Hall spent much of 2013 anchoring the nightly news for CW33’s ‘Nightcap News’ at KDAF-TV in Dallas, Texas, before leaving to NYC to take a job with FUSE TV. She co-hosted Trending 10, a live, daily countdown show on FUSE TV. She has also featured on EFashion !’s Police with Joan Rivers and has been a recurrent guest on VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live.

Hall worked for MTV until July 2015, hosting The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II after-shows and other network programs. In the summer of 2015, Hall co-hosted Charlamagne Tha God’s new MTV2 show, Uncommon Sense, with the prominent radio personality. She returned as the after-show host for The Challenge: Battle of the Bloodlines in October 2015.

Hall worked as a fill-in anchor and daily correspondent for E! News from 2015 to 2019. She hosted What’s Good with Zuri Hall on Instagram and co-hosted What the Fashion on Snapchat during her time there. Hall got her start in front of the camera as a commercial actress. She has appeared in national ads for Value City Furniture, as well as Safe Auto, Meijer, and Ohio tourist advertising. Throughout her career, she has made numerous guest appearances on scripted television shows.
